The inaugural cohort of residents is scheduled to commence in 2024, with four residents per class. Throughout the three-year training program, residents will be exposed to an innovative and comprehensive curriculum. Didactics will play a pivotal role in our residency program, with a dedicated weekly academic half-day covering a wide range of topics. These topics include evidence-based medicine, clinical reasoning, physician wellness, board exam preparation, procedural skills, patient communication, practice management, and medical ethics. Moreover, residents will have access to diverse educational resources, including online databases and medical journals, to support continuous learning and self-improvement.
